Joe was very involved with the Knights of Columbus for decades and was a Master Knight, but Joe’s true passion was his love of the outdoors. He was an avid fly fisherman, traditional bowhunter, and was chasing Pheasants in Nebraska and South Dakota whenever he could. He and his son, with friends, had many trips and memories they shared in Joe’s life
Joe was always reaching for the stars, and had the glass is always half full mentality in everything he did. His sense of humor and zest for life was infectious to all who knew him. He will be missed.
